NPPE Practice Questions, $97 CAD
An NPPE question bank that keeps asking until you get it right
580 exam-style questions on repeat, flashcards, one full timed mock exam and a readiness report by domain and topic, for $97 CAD paid once. Built for candidates who have already studied, or already sat the NPPE.
Practice Questions in 30 seconds
Your NPPE is booked. Are you ready, or do you just feel ready? Practice Questions answers that with numbers. You practise from a bank of 580 questions, and any question you miss comes back until you have it. Then you sit one full mock exam on the NPPE's 2.5-hour clock, and the readiness report shows where you are strong and the exact topics you are not.
It costs $97 CAD, paid once, for 1 month. That is less than one NPPE exam fee (about $175 to $300 CAD plus tax, set by each regulator), which you pay again for every attempt.

Are you ready?
Or do you just feel ready?
Here's how to know.
580 practice questions.
Miss one, and it comes back until you've got it.
Then a full, timed mock exam.
And a readiness report that shows where you're strong, and the exact topics you're not.
Walk in knowing. Not hoping.

- 2.5 hours on the clock
- Introducing Practice Questions
- Practice Questions includes: 580 practice questions on repeat, 1 full timed mock exam, readiness report with strengths and gaps, flashcards for the topics you miss
- Independent exam prep. Not affiliated with any regulator.
What's in Practice Questions
Five parts, each built for the same job: find what you do not know yet, and make it stick before the exam does.
580-question bank, on repeat
- What it is
- Exam-style multiple choice questions on all 52 topics in the 6 domains of the NPPE blueprint.
- How it works
- Practise by topic or weakest first. Miss a question and it comes back 3 questions later in the same session, then on later days, until you answer it right twice in a row.
- Why it matters for the NPPE
- The NPPE is closed book, with a little over 80 seconds a question. Answering from memory, again and again, turns a rule you have read into one you can apply at that pace.
Flashcards
- What it is
- 1,000+ cards for the definitions and rules you must recall cold.
- How it works
- Your plan picks them from the topics where you keep getting questions wrong. Swipe each to Mastered or Review.
- Why it matters for the NPPE
- Closed book means recall. A few minutes of cards keeps last week's fixes from fading while you work on new ones.
One full timed mock exam
- What it is
- Mock exam 1: 100 questions in the NPPE's format, across the six blueprint sections.
- How it works
- It runs on the NPPE's 2.5-hour timer. Star questions to come back to; if you have to stop, your answers and remaining time are saved.
- Why it matters for the NPPE
- It shows whether what you know holds up for the whole exam under time, and gives you your pace before it counts.
The full readiness report
- What it is
- Your strengths and gaps, by domain and by topic.
- How it works
- It combines how much of each domain you have covered with how accurately you answer its questions, and it moves as you practise. The mock adds a score by topic.
- Why it matters for the NPPE
- It tells you which topics to work on next instead of rereading everything, which matters most when the weeks before a sitting are few.
Every answer explained
- What it is
- An explanation for every option: the right one and each wrong one.
- How it works
- In practice you see it as soon as you answer; in the mock, when you submit.
- Why it matters for the NPPE
- NPPE questions are scenarios. Knowing why a tempting option is wrong is what carries over to a question you have never seen.
How the bank brings back what you miss
Most question banks let a wrong answer disappear once you have read the explanation. NPPE Pro does not. A question you miss returns 3 questions later in the same session, so the session ends with you answering it right, not just reading why.
It also comes back on later days, first in line in your review, until you answer it right twice in a row. Only then does it count as mastered, and it returns again only when its review date comes round.
- Missed questions first, then questions you have not seen yet
- Two right answers in a row before a question counts as mastered
- Every answer feeds your readiness by topic
A readiness report that names the topics to fix
The readiness report shows each of the 6 exam domains and the topics inside them, so you can see which are ready and which need another week. One good session does not make a domain ready: coverage and accuracy both have to be high.
After the mock exam you also get your score by topic and every question explained. Together they answer the question a single score cannot: where your next hour of study should go.
A week with Practice Questions
One way to use it in the weeks before your sitting. Short daily sessions beat one long weekend.
- 1
Day 1: take the mock exam
Sit it in one 2.5-hour block, closed book, at the time of day you will write. It is your baseline, so expect gaps: finding them is the point.
- 2
Day 1 or 2: read the report
Go through every question you missed or starred and read why each option is right or wrong. Write down the two or three topics that cost you the most marks.
- 3
Days 2 to 6: practise weakest first
Short sessions from the bank on those topics. Every miss comes back until you answer it right twice in a row.
- 4
Every day: clear what came back
Start with the questions due for review, so earlier topics do not fade while you fix new ones.
- 5
Day 7: check your readiness
Your readiness by domain shows whether the gaps from the mock are closing. If one domain lags, give it the next week.
Retaking the NPPE?
You don't need to start over. Everything you studied is still there; the exam found the gaps. Candidates who fail get a report of how they did in each content area, and Practice Questions takes it from there: one full mock exam and a readiness report that names the exact topics to fix, then 580 practice questions where the ones you miss come back until they stick.
Fix those topics, not the whole syllabus. Practice Questions costs $97 CAD, less than the exam fee you pay again to rewrite. The NPPE retake guide covers attempt limits, fees and timing by regulator.

Didn't pass the NPPE?

Who Practice Questions is for
You have already studied
You have read the material or taken a course, and now need to test it with questions and a full exam.
You sat the NPPE and did not pass
You know the format. What you need is the topics that cost you marks, and practice on those until they stick.
Your sitting is weeks away, not months
A mock exam now, then practice aimed at what it finds, is a good use of a short runway.
You want a number, not a feeling
The readiness report shows coverage and accuracy by domain, so you can tell ready from hopeful.
Who it is not for
Practice Questions does not teach the material from the start. It has no lessons and no mind map, and it has one full mock exam rather than four. Its 1 month of access suits the last weeks before a sitting, not a long runway.
- Starting from scratch? Guided has bite-size lessons on all 52 topics, on a road that starts with them.
- Studied some, and want the lessons to go back to? Safety Net adds them, with three more mock exams, the mind map and the money-back promise.
- Want an expert to talk a topic through? Guided includes two 30-minute sessions with a P.Eng.
Practice Questions, Safety Net or Guided?
All three include the whole question bank on repeat, flashcards and the readiness report. The difference is whether you also need to learn the material.

Questions people ask
More answers in the NPPE FAQ.
How many questions are in NPPE Pro's question bank?
580, across all 52 topics in the 6 domains of the NPPE blueprint. Each is multiple choice with four options, like the exam, and every option has its own explanation. Practice Questions opens the whole bank, and a question you miss comes back until you answer it right twice in a row.
How many mock exams does Practice Questions include?
One: mock exam 1, 100 questions on the NPPE's 2.5-hour timer, with your score by topic and every question explained after you submit. Take it early, as a baseline, and use the bank to fix what it finds. If you want to rehearse the whole exam several times, Safety Net and Guided include all 4.
Is Practice Questions enough to prepare for the NPPE?
It is enough if you have already learned the material and need to test it and close the gaps. It does not teach topics from the start: there are no lessons. If you are starting from scratch, Guided is the better fit. No prep plan can promise a result; the readiness report shows where you stand.
Is Practice Questions good for an NPPE retake?
Yes, it is built for it. After a fail you know the format; what you need is the topics that cost you marks. Take the mock exam, read the readiness report, then practise those topics weakest first while your misses keep coming back. It costs $97 CAD, less than the exam fee you pay again to rewrite.
Are the questions in Practice Questions real NPPE questions?
No. The NPPE's questions are confidential, and no prep provider can show them to you. NPPE Pro writes its questions to the same blueprint and in the same multiple choice style, with an explanation for every option so you learn the rule behind each answer rather than memorising a letter.
Is NPPE Pro Practice Questions the official NPPE practice test?
No. The NPPE's own website, nppexam.ca, lists an official practice test site, which is separate from NPPE Pro. NPPE Pro is an independent platform: its 580 questions are written by NPPE Pro in the style of the exam, and it is not affiliated with the exam's administrators or any regulator.
What is the difference between Practice Questions, Safety Net and Guided?
Practice Questions ($97 CAD for 1 month) is the 580-question bank on repeat, flashcards, one full mock exam and the readiness report, for candidates who have studied. Safety Net ($197 CAD for 3 months) adds bite-size lessons on all 52 topics, three more mock exams, the mind map and the money-back promise. Guided ($297 CAD for 4 months) adds two 30-minute sessions with a P.Eng. and a road that starts with the lessons.
How does the Safety Net money-back promise work?
The Safety Net comes with NPPE Safety Net and NPPE Guided, bought from 29 September 2026. Before your sitting, finish every lesson, answer every practice question, review every flashcard and complete all 4 mock exams. Your scores don't matter. Sit the NPPE while your plan is active, or within 30 days of it ending. If your official result is a fail, email it to support@nppepro.ca within 30 days. You get your money back (everything you paid for the plan) and a new 3-month Safety Net period to prepare again, which you can start any time within 12 months. One claim per person. It is a promise about your money, not about your result: no prep plan can promise a pass. Read the Safety Net terms.
Can I pay for NPPE Pro in instalments?
Yes. Choose Pay in 4 with Klarna under any plan on the pricing page. Klarna splits the price, plus tax, into 4 payments: the first when you buy, then one every 2 weeks. Your plan opens right away, with the same access as paying by card. See Canadian payment terms. A higher initial payment may be required for some consumers.
How is the readiness score calculated?
Your readiness score for each domain combines coverage (how many of its topics you have studied) with mastery (how accurately you answer its questions). Studying a topic once does not count as ready, and neither does answering a few questions well in one topic. The score rises as both grow.
How much does the NPPE cost?
The NPPE fee is set by each regulator and is about $175 to $300 CAD plus tax, set by each regulator. For example, APEGA charges $250 plus GST and EGBC $300 plus GST. You pay the fee again for each attempt, and it goes to your regulator, not to any prep provider.
What happens when my access period ends?
Your account and progress stay. The paid features close until you choose a plan again, so if your sitting moves you can pick up where you left off rather than starting over.
Start with one short lesson today.
Tell NPPE Pro your sitting and it builds the plan. The 14-day trial starts from your first finished lesson, and no card is needed.
